For Media & Bookings

Run the Room: Foundations — a bookable presentation

A produced 35–40 minute virtual presentation by hosts Alex and Jordan in the show's speaker-switching video format, followed by a live Q&A with producer Charles Mayfield. Also available as a self-contained video keynote for conferences and workshop series.

Launch topics: (1) Starting From Zero: The Idea and the Customer — how an idea becomes a business: naming the customer precisely, testing whether the problem is real, and the first numbers an owner should watch. (2) Meetings That End With a Decision — the planning, running, and follow-up discipline that turns meetings into the highest-leverage hour of the week.

Terms: no speaker fee for nonprofit business-education programs (SCORE, SBDC, chamber education series) during the fall 2026 launch season; commercial and conference bookings by inquiry. Every booking includes a resource page for attendees and promotion of the event to the show's audience.

Interviews and guest spots: Charles Mayfield is available to talk about the show, its foundations-first approach to business, and what small organizations get wrong first. Write to runtheroom@outlook.com.

Be a guest: we interview founders, owners, executives, board chairs, and the operators who carry their organizations — one conversation about how your business actually works.
